It can be seen from the work done by it in culminating the efforts on behalf of the CARD team for the purpose of development, crisis relief and rehabilitation. Various projects of agriculture and sustainable village development have been undertaken through the CARD since its inception.
In this, mainly 300 youths have been trained in skill development and jobs have been provided to them in various corporate companies in Metro Cities. Supported by Smile Foundation & KSWA-Future Group.
It is noteworthy to mention that, 60 widows, abandoned and poor needy women have been trained in sewing and sewing machines have been distributed to them free of charge. Supported by AFARM under USHA Silai School.
CARD has provided employment to eight thousand laborers in 20 villages of Badnapur Tahsil were provided employment through MNREGA during the ongoing drought relief program as Village Level Organization (VLO) Supported by Jansathi Dushkal Nivaran Manch.
Under Integrated Watershed Development Management Program in Jalna, Raigad, Nashik and Kolhapur districts, 3500 farmers have been given various trainings under 35 Watershed Development Committees and various works of water and soil conservation have been undertaken. Supported by Govt. of Maharashtra's Agriculture Dept.
For the last 2 years, 4500 poor and needy families in Jalna, Buldhana, Osmanabad, Nanded, West Melghat affected by Covid-19 Pandemic, have been provided with food grains, grocery materials and food for thirteen days continuously for the migrant labourers returning from the city to the village on foot. The CARD has provided security face guard, gloves, N-95 mask, sanitizer, etc. to 200 Police Personnel. COVID 19 awareness and health screening campaign to counter the 3rd wave of Corona.
Syngenta India Limited, Aurangabad and CARD Jalna jointly conducted activities for 3 months continuously. The human loss caused by the second wave of Covid 19 is irreparable. Experts and the government had announced that there will be a possible 3rd wave of Corona as a precautionary measure to prevent such a situation from reoccurring. 105 villages of Buldana and Jalna districts to prevent the possible third wave of Corona from affecting the lives of the rural areas by creating public awareness about the symptoms of Corona and taking actual temperature and oxygen levels. In order to send them for immediate treatment if they are found, from August to December 2021 Arogya Rath will move from village to village and the third wave of Covid 19 should be treated using masks, washing hands clean, maintaining a distance of 6 feet, treating them as soon as the symptoms of cold, fever, cough etc. appear. Preliminary examination of the persons working in the field was done by taking the temperature with the help of actual temperature gun and taking the oxygen level through the oximeter. For this, he has worked hard to conduct covid test of 7560 people by appointing two health workers Manisha Sonawane and Jyoti Chandode through Syngenta and CARD.
The CARD has undertaken various activities for health, safety, environment conservation. With this, organic farming lessons are being given to the farmers through the production of Shivansh organic fertilizer from agricultural waste, dung and water.
Taken 50 Free legal education and Legal Literacy Camps Year 2011-2012 & 2013-14 in Buldana District supported by National Legal Service Authority (NALSA).
A well equipped library has been set up in Zilla Parishad school with CSR funds of Syngenta India Limited at Sawangi Tekale and Vadgaon Tejan in Buldhana District for all-over development of rural students to study all subjects under one umbrella.
CARD has been working to provide 55 liters of drinking and consumption water per person per day to families in 40 villages for Navapur Tahsil. As Implementing Support Agency from 15 July 2021.
Sewage solid waste is being managed in 34 villages of Varud Tahsil of Amravati District & 10 Villages of Navapur Block of Nandurbar district. From 28 Aug 2021.
Farmers are using mulching paper to produce more in the fields, after it is produced, it is being collected and given to a recycling company for proper disposal. To convince the importance of drip irrigation to get more production with less water, an awareness campaign is being carried out by conducting actual study on the farmers' fields. Near about 1200 farmers are being trained through soil testing to plant and manage fertilizer accordingly. The farmers are trying to refill their well by stopping the rain water from falling. The CARD has been guiding the farmers of Azu side by refilling the well of 20 farmers. So also, to conserve the environment.
Center for Social Action (CSA), Mumbai and Center for Agriculture and Rural Development (CARD), Jalna under Bal Sabha Manch Project from July 2020 - June 2021.
From July 2024, the project To Justice for Children is being implemented in collaboration with the international network Just Right for Children to make Nandurbar district child marriage free and child trafficking free. Till date, 600 child marriages have been stopped by counseling, creating awareness and giving an oath to the parents of minor children who are coming of age that they will not get married. While 54 children who were trafficked for child labor and illegal business have been rescued with the help of the local administration, Child Protection Cell, Legal Services Authority, and Police Force.
In the financial year 2024–2025, CARD NGO, with CSR support from Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, carried out a health-centric project in Nawapur Taluka of Nandurbar District, Maharashtra—one of the aspirational districts recognized by NITI Aayog. The project focused on strengthening healthcare infrastructure by equipping nine Primary Health Centres (PHCs) with advanced medical equipment and providing diagnostic tools to 255 ASHA workers. Implemented in collaboration with the District Health Department, the project was successfully completed by March 2025. Its objective was to enhance early diagnosis, timely referrals, and effective treatment, thereby improving health outcomes for over 25,000 beneficiaries annually, with a special focus on women and children.

In collaboration with Center for Social Action, Mumbai and Center for Agriculture and Rural Development (CARD), Jalna under Bal Sabha Manch Project. To make the children aware about the child and their rights and rights through the democratic process, to develop their overall personality development and leadership qualities, to provide a platform to reach the voice of the children's questions and issues to the government officials. In rural Jalna, where ASHA workers serve as the lifeline of community health, a powerful transformation began with the CSR support of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL). Through this initiative, the Center for Agriculture & Rural Development (CARD) equipped 434 ASHA workers in Badnapur and Bhokardan Talukas with digital diagnostic kits, enhancing their ability to deliver timely, accurate, and doorstep healthcare.
What began as a distribution of tools quickly grew into a movement of confidence and capability. With devices such as digital thermometers, BP monitors, pulse oximeters, baby and adult weighing machines, stature meters, and field bags, ASHA workers became digitally empowered health ambassadors. Training, demonstrations, and continuous support helped them shift communities from reactive care to a culture of prevention.
